References of materials to be used at stations in the seat production line were entered into the database and a control system was created where materials used station-based are matched by scanning barcodes to ensure the correct material is used for the correct seat. Data from test machines we previously implemented on the line were recorded under order numbers. A web application was developed and put into operation on local servers for visualization of data collected from the line and recipe management of the system.
